Most schique.com orders take 1-2 business days for processing. Orders placed after 12:00PM PST on Friday through Sunday will be processed on the following business day. After you place an order on Schique.com, you will receive an email notification to the email address you provided confirming that the order was received. You will receive a separate email with shipping details once the order ships.

Schique Online accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States. This excludes shipping to P.O. Boxes. Delivery with standard shipping will occur within 5 – 7 business days once your order has been processed and shipped.

We regret that we must limit orders to no more than 3 units of the same product and a maximum purchase of $2000 per customer.
Offer codes should be entered in the discount field at checkout. The system will then automatically adjust the order amount prior to checkout.

A schique.com e-Gift Card can be ordered online at Schique.com and can be sent to a recipient of your choice, as long as she or he has a valid email address. E-Gift Cards can be purchased in increments provided on site at purchase ranging from $50 to $500 in increments of $50. An e-mail will be sent within receipt of purchase to the recipient, notifying her or him that a schique.com e-Gift Card has been purchased for their use.

At Schique, we take great pride about the quality of our products. We also carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Schique Online purchase, you may keep the item and we will issue store credit within 14 days of the order delivery. We will only accept returns for merchandise purchased directly from schique.com. We cannot accept returns for products purchased at other retail outlets.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please inspect the carton of your product upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It may be possible for the outer box of the merchandise to show some wear. However, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify Customer Service within five (5) business days of receipt at email@example.com. Please provide your order number in your email. Instructions will be provided by our Customer Service Representative.
Please notify Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org of any order inaccuracies within five (5) business days of receipt. We will waive the shipping costs and replace the merchandise. Further instructions will be provided by our Customer Service Representative.
