5 Summer Skin Tips!

As you are getting ready for all of your bring travel plans this summer, it’s important to keep these skin tips in mind to look and feel beautiful!

Keep Cool!

Keep a freshening mist in your bag so you can mist your face and body while out on the town, on the beach, or after a workout.

Scrub Away!

Exfoliating is key during summer months! Use a scrub twice a week on dry skin before you shower. Just in time: Schique’s scrub launching next month.

Eat Well.

Eating foods with Vitamin C will give you natural SPF. Some great options: berries, carrots, almonds, leafy greens, and turmeric.

Hydrate!

H20 will be your life saver in the summer months. Keep a 1 liter bottle with you at all times!

Sunscreen – ALL DAY!

It’s important to wear sunscreen each morning and continue to reapply throughout the day (every 2-3 hours).
