DIY Recipe: Pumpkin Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Ice Cream

This time of the year always makes us crave candy and cocktails, but there is a way to satisfy those pumpkin cravings without feeling guilty! In my book, Irresistible You, I give you the easy and quick recipes to my guilt-free, gluten-free, dairy-free ice cream. All of my ice creams have the same base so you can make it however you like. Everyone else maybe making exceptions for their diets this spooky season, but you are satisfied and still achieving glowing skin!

Here’s how you make it:

Step 1: Freeze peeled bananas for at least four hours or overnight.

Step 2: Make your ice cream base! Pull out your food processor and add two frozen bananas, just a splash of almond milk or coconut milk, and one little drop of vanilla extract.

Step 3: Make it pumpkin! Just add 1⁄2 can pumpkin purée, 1 little drop of maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and you have your guilt-free pumpkin pie treat.
