A Perfect Skincare Routine

With so many products out there, it can be pretty overwhelming to figure out the perfect skincare routine. I’ve put together a step-by-step guide of my daily skincare routine to show you how you too can get healthy, glowing and radiant skin.

Morning Skin Care Routine

Step 1: Cleanser

Start with the right cleanser for your skin type (link to how to figure out your skin type video)! Cleansers like Pure Clarity lift dirt, grime, excess oil and makeup from your pores and allows water to rinse away leaving your skin clean and moisturized!

Step 2: Freshening Mist

This MUCH healthier version of toner is used to remove any makeup left on your face the cleanser didn’t pick up! Freshening mists like Hydra Glisten have more vitamin-enriched ingredients that will help your skin heal! Whatever your skin type, it will feel wonderful!

Step 3: Serum

Serum is every girl’s best friend! Serums are chemically formulated with smaller molecules to enable vitamins, lipids, antioxidants, and high performance ingredients to penetrate deep into your skin, magnifying these benefits! The one that I love using is Brilliantly Firm, which firms the skin and adds luminosity.

Step 4: Sunscreen

Regardless of your skin type, you need to apply a full-spectrum sunscreen if you’re going to be outside at all during the day. Make sure to at least use SPF 30! Tip: Eat 2-3 servings of carrots before going out in the sun for an extra boost of protection!

Evening Skincare Routine

Step 1: Cleanser

Wipe the day off with the right cleanser for your skin type (link to how to figure out your skin type video)! Cleansers lift dirt, grime, excess oil and makeup from your pores and allows water to rinse away leaving your skin clean and moisturized>

Step 2: Eye Cream

Eye cream is so important! No matter what your skin type - you need eye cream! I love Insightful Contour for smoothing out fine lines around the eyes. To apply, dab the eye cream all over the skin around your eye and the eyelid, but be careful!

Step 3: Mask

Masks are like luscious dessert for your face! Twice a week is fabulous! Acne-prone skin: clay, algae and seaweed masks. Dry acne-prone skin: gel mask!
